A leading Kuwaiti Electromechanical (MEP) Contracting Company with over 25 years of operational excellence across the GCC region is currently expanding its technical engineering capabilities.
Given the technical complexity and rigorous ministerial standards of our projects, candidates with proven GCC/Kuwait experience in MEP contracting, multi-disciplinary coordination, detailed engineering design, and precise estimation will be highly prioritized.

2. Comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs)
A. Electrical Design & Estimation Engineers (CODE EL 01 / CODE EL 02)
• Core Responsibilities: Full execution of electrical design systems (Lighting, Power, Low Voltage/LV, and Single Line Diagrams/SLD). Comprehensive quantity take-offs, BOQ/BOM preparation, material submittals, vendor coordination, and competitive commercial estimation.
• Qualifications & Software: Strong compliance background with local utility codes (MEW/KFF) and international standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA). Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, and electrical load calculation software.
B. HVAC Design & Estimation Engineers (CODE HVAC 01 / CODE HVAC 02)
• Core Responsibilities: Engineering design for complex HVAC systems (Heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe networks, Chillers, VRF, and DX systems). Detailed commercial costing, tender analysis, value engineering, and mechanical site coordination.
• Qualifications & Software: Fully versed in ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local ministerial standards. Expert mastery of HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) and AutoCAD.
C. Plumbing & Firefighting Design & Estimation Engineers (CODE PF 01 / CODE PF 02)
• Core Responsibilities: Design of building services and infrastructure (Water Supply, Drainage, Stormwater) and Fire Protection networks (Sprinklers, Clean Agent, Fire Pumps). Estimation, quantity surveying, pricing, and approval management for specialized public health/fire systems.
• Qualifications & Software: In-depth knowledge of NFPA, IPC, UPC, and Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) regulations. Mastery of AutoCAD and Elite Software (Firefighting hydraulic calculations).
D. Mechatronics Coordination & Studies Engineers (CODE MEP 01 / CODE MEP 02)
• Core Responsibilities: Multi-disciplinary MEP spatial coordination, clash detection, and composite shop drawing development. Technical integration of Building Management Systems (BMS), Extra-Low Voltage (ELV), SCADA, and control automation.
• Qualifications & Software: Deep contracting background in resolving inter-disciplinary mechanical and electrical site interface conflicts. High proficiency in Navisworks (Clash Detection), Revit/BIM, and AutoCAD.
E. Senior & Junior Technical Draftsmen (CODE DEL, CODE DHVAC, CODE DPF)
• Core Responsibilities: Drafting detailed MEP shop drawings, composite coordination layouts, and as-built drawings as per consultant specifications. Ensuring accurate section details, builder's work drawings, and discipline-specific coordination.
• Qualifications: Diploma in Draftsmanship / Trade Certificate with high proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit workflows.
3. Benefits & Remuneration Package
• Gross Salary: As specified in the Position Table (determined based on total experience, technical assessment, and interview evaluation).
• Accommodation: Company-provided (Shared corporate apartment with an engineering colleague).
• Food Allowance: KWD 20 TO 25 per month OR company-provided catering.
• Transportation: Fully provided by the company (Corporate accommodation Office/Project Sites).
• Medical Insurance & Benefits: Fully covered as per Kuwait Labor Law and company policy.
4. Employment Terms & Contractual Conditions
• Deployment Location: Kuwait (Corporate Head Office & Project Sites).
• Contract Duration: Three (3) Years Renewable.
• Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including a 1-hour rest/meal break), 6 days/week (Total: 48 hours/week), strictly compliant with Kuwait Private Sector Labor Law.
• Annual Leave: 30 days paid annual leave per year.
• Flight Logistics: Economy class air ticket provided for initial mobilization (joining) and final repatriation (end of service).
