We need a talented and creative Product Designer cum Factory Production Manager with strong design skills and experience in selecting required materials, fast and modern production methods for our factory in Al Rai, Kuwait. We have production facilities for Carpentry jobs, upholstery work, a paint booth, and a polishing facility. We do interior designs and execution for special Vaults and also produce different types of customized cabinets with various interiors. Some cabinets are purely wooden, some are covered with Artificial or genuine leather, and some are clad with different metals / stone. The candidate must be up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies and modern production methods. Experience in material selection, supervising production quality, and checking/confirming the final product finish before delivery is very important for this position. Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve design, productivity and speed up the workflow will be considered an advantage. Please ensure applicants provide an updated portfolio demonstrating their skills in detailed drawings, new design creation, 3D visualization, BOQ preparation and production supervision and timely production.
