Business Development manager– Transport & Heavy Equipment



Location: Kuwait



Job Description



We are looking for an experienced Business Development manager to join our team and drive business growth in the Transport & Heavy Equipment sector.



The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new contracts and developing long-term relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.



Key Responsibilities



* Identify and secure new business opportunities.

* Develop strong relationships with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, construction companies, and government contractors.

* Generate contracts.

* Meet clients, visit project sites, and understand requirements.

* Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.

* Follow up on submitted quotations.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.



Requirements



* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within Kuwait’s Transport or Heavy Equipment industry.

* Strong network with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, and major construction companies.

* Proven experience in securing transportation or heavy equipment contracts.

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

* Valid Kuwait Driving Licence.

* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).



Only candidates inside Kuwait with proven experience and an existing network in Kuwait’s Oil & Gas and Construction sectors will be shortlisted.
