We're Hiring: Head of Drivers / Transport Supervisor
Location: Hawally, Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Head of Drivers / Transport Supervisor to lead and manage our Home Care transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of up to 20 drivers.
Prepare and coordinate daily schedules for Home Care patient visits.
Monitor drivers' attendance, punctuality, routes, and performance.
Ensure timely transportation of healthcare staff to patient locations.
Maintain strict discipline and effectively control daily operations.
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Report daily activities and coordinate with the Operations team.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a team of drivers or a transport fleet.
Strong leadership, organizational, and scheduling skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Must have a firm, disciplined, and effective management style.
Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational challenges.
Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
