Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue government IT tender opportunities.
* Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals.
* Coordinate with vendors and partners for pricing and documentation.
* Build relationships with government entities and key stakeholders.
* Manage the tender process from opportunity identification to submission and award.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
* 3–5+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or government tenders.
* Experience with Kuwait government procurement is preferred.
* Knowledge of enterprise IT solutions (Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, Infrastructure, Software).
* Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
