Remote Guest Relations Coordinator (Kuwait Based)

📍 Location: Remote (Must be based in Kuwait)
🕕 Working Hours: Daily, 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM
📅 1 Day Off per Week
💰 Salary: KD 80 + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities

* Handle guest communication via WhatsApp.
* Respond to all messages within 1 minute.
* Assist with reservations, check-in support, and guest inquiries.
* Escalate urgent issues when required.

Requirements

* Must be based in Kuwait.
* Fluent in English.
* Reliable internet connection and smartphone/laptop.
* Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
