🚀 We're Hiring: Purchasing & Contract Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and purchase order processing.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Administer supplier contracts and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, customs regulations, shipping documentation, and relevant statutory requirements.

🔹 Supplier Management
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers to build a reliable supply base.
• Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews.
• Foster strong supplier relationships and resolve procurement-related issues effectively.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and deliver timely purchasing support.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations and on-time deliveries.

Requirements
✔ bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract management.
✔ Strong knowledge of procurement principles, supplier management, and industry best practices.
✔ Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
