Description

The role is responsible for achieving KD 400,000 annual enterprise revenue by driving Sales and Pre Sales activities across Lenovo infrastructure, Microsoft cloud & licensing, and Cybersecurity solutions. The position plays a key role in establishing and scaling WITS’ Enterprise business in Kuwait, operating within a basic reseller ecosystem and competing against established Gold/Premium partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
• Build and manage a qualified enterprise pipeline across Government, Oil & Gas, FSI, Healthcare, Education, and corporate sectors.
• Lead RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, including requirement analysis, solution design, BOM, compliance, and pricing.
• Position and sell:
o Lenovo: Servers, storage, HCI, data centre infrastructure
o Microsoft: Licensing, Azure, M365, cloud migration
o Cybersecurity: SOC/MSSP, network, endpoint, and cloud security
• Conduct customer presentations, demos, and technical discussions to support deal closure.
• Work closely with distributors and OEMs for deal registration, pricing support, and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate weekly pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting as per KPI template.

30–60–90 Day Execution Plan
First 30 Days – Foundation
• Complete onboarding on WITS offerings, pricing models, and KPI reporting.
• Align with Lenovo, Microsoft, and Cybersecurity distributors/OEMs.
• Identify and map top 20–30 target enterprise accounts and decision-makers.
• Build an initial pipeline covering at least 1.5x of quarterly target.
• Initiate customer meetings and capability presentations.





60 Days – Pipeline Expansion
• Grow pipeline to 2.5x–3x of quarterly target.
• Actively engage in RFPs, RFQs, and technical workshops.
• Submit qualified proposals and register deals with distributors/OEMs.
• Advance opportunities to mid/late pipeline stages.
90 Days – Revenue Delivery
• Achieve first closed-won enterprise deals aligned with KPI expectations.
• Establish WITS visibility with key enterprise customers and partners.
• Maintain a sustainable 3x–4x pipeline for upcoming quarters.
• Present a rolling 6–9-month revenue and account expansion plan.
