We are looking for a Female Secretary with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our team.
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Experience in office administration and official correspondence
• Ability to prepare professional letters, emails, and reports
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and filing skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle daily office administration and secretarial duties
• Prepare and manage official correspondence, letters, and emails
• Maintain office files, records, and documentation
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and government authorities
• Schedule meetings and manage appointments
• Support management with administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations

Duty timing 8am to
5 pm Saturday to Thursday
