Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Chilled Water Piping Foreman to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC chilled water piping installation.
Strong knowledge of chilled water pipe installation, testing, and commissioning.
Experience in VRF piping installation and refrigerant piping systems.
Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and coordinate with other MEP services.
Experience supervising site manpower and ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
Knowledge of pipe supports, insulation, pressure testing, flushing, and related HVAC installation activities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Gulf experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute chilled water and VRF piping installation works.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other MEP trades.
Ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Monitor material usage and manpower productivity.
Resolve site installation issues and report progress to the project engineer.
