We are a growing audit and advisory firm committed to delivering high-quality audit, accounting, tax, and business consulting services. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven business development executive to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Work closely with the audit and advisory teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in an audit, accounting, consulting, or professional services firm.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
