We have an opening for QA/QC Inspector for welding. Here is the details of the position :-

To inspect and ensure quality of all welding activities in compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications.
■ Key Responsibilities:
Welding Inspection & Quality Control
• Perform visual inspection, fit-up checks, and dimensional verification before, during, and after welding
• Conduct welder qualification tests and monitor welding procedures (WPS/PQR)
• Verify welding consumables, preheat, and post-weld heat treatment as per specifications
• Ensure all welding works comply with API 1104, ASME, and KOC standards
• Identify non-conformances and issue NCRs with recommended corrective actions
■ Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years experience as Welding Inspector in Oil & Gas projects
• Mandatory certifications: CSWIP 3.1/ AWS CWI / ASNT Level 2
