🌱 VACANCY – AGRICULTURE ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Agriculture Engineer with strong experience in plant nursery management, manpower management, and supervision.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Engineering or related field
• Experience in plant nursery maintenance and management
• Experience in supervising and managing agricultural manpower/workers
• Ability to plan and allocate daily work activities
• Monitor workers' performance and ensure proper completion of tasks
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest & disease control
• Supervise nursery maintenance and overall plant growth
• Maintain daily work records and prepare reports
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in commercial plant nurseries is preferred
