Description

We are hiring an Operations Supervisor / Manager for a company specializing in deep cleaning services for buildings and upholstery in Kuwait.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in the Kuwaiti cleaning industry (mandatory).
* Proven experience in deep cleaning operations for buildings and upholstery.
* Strong experience in managing cleaning teams and daily operations.
* Ability to schedule, supervise, and coordinate field staff.
* Ensure high service quality and monitor job performance.
* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
* Ability to train and develop cleaning staff.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
* Ability to prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
* Valid Kuwaiti driving license (Mandatory).
* Willingness to travel between job sites.
* Fluency in Arabic is required; English is an advantage.
* Experience in preparing quotations and pricing cleaning services.
* Ability to manage inventory and operational supplies.
* Experience in improving operational efficiency and productivity.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards.
* Full-time availability.
* Transferable residency in Kuwait.
* Proven experience managing the day-to-day operations of a cleaning company.
* Ability to maintain client relationships and secure new contracts.
* Experience in monitoring KPIs and achieving operational targets.
