Position: Telecom Civil Engineer
Location: Kuwait
Nationality: Indian
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Kuwait Driving License: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Supervise telecom civil works including tower foundations, precast installation, equipment plinths, fencing, cable trenching, earthing, and related civil works.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.
Monitor project progress, workmanship, measurements, materials, and manpower.
Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company safety procedures.
Support project handover, snag rectification, and client acceptance activities.
Manage multiple project sites and provide timely progress updates.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telecom civil construction.
Experience in telecom tower foundations and site infrastructure.
Good knowledge of engineering drawings and project specifications.
Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and technical report preparation.
Ability to travel independently to multiple project sites.
Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
