Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Draftsman to
join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have experience in
creating precise shop drawings, joinery details, and layouts specifically for
commercial interior fit-out projects. [1]
Key Responsibilities
. Shop Drawings: Prepare detailed shop drawings, architectural layouts,
and section details for interior fit-out works.
. Joinery & Material Details: Create precise fabrication drawings for
custom furniture, joinery, and ceiling/flooring layouts.
. Site Coordination: Revise drawings based on actual site measurements
and coordinate closely with project managers.
. As-Built Drawings: Develop accurate as-built drawings upon project
completion for client handover.
Requirements
. Expertise in AutoCAD is mandatory.
. Proven experience working with an interior fit-out or contracting
company.
. Good understanding of joinery details, materials, and fit-out
construction methods.
. Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
