Vacancy : Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist with strong SQL Server expertise and a solid understanding of payroll processes. The ideal candidate will support key business applications and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless system operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, including creating and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and other database components
Provide technical support for Payroll and HRMS applications
Assist with payroll-related system processes
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently
Maintain system documentation and provide user training when required


Requirements:

Must be proficient in SQL Server, PHP, and HTML.
Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
Understanding of Kuwait labor law is a plus
Prior experience in application support
Good communication skills in English and Arabic languages.
Awareness of modern technologies and development environments
