Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
* Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
* Good leadership and staff-management skills
* Excellent customer-service skills
* Knowledge of inventory, purchasing and daily sales
* Good communication skills
* Kuwait experience preferred
* Transferable residency preferred
