🚨 **JOB VACANCY – FREIGHT FORWARDING OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE**

**Position:** Operations & Customer Service Executive
**Experience:** 1–2 years minimum in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
**Location:** Kuwait

We are looking for a motivated and responsible candidate to join our **Freight Forwarding Operations & Customer Service** team.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle day-to-day freight forwarding operations
* Coordinate with customers regarding shipments and delivery status
* Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers
* Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines and transporters
* Follow up on shipment bookings, ETAs and documentation
* Prepare and follow up on shipping documents
* Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
* Resolve operational issues and follow up until completion

### **Requirements:**

* Minimum **1–2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics**
* Good knowledge of **Sea Freight, Air Freight and Land Freight**
* Experience in shipment tracking and customer coordination
* Good communication and follow-up skills
* Ability to coordinate with international agents and suppliers
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
