Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist with strong knowledge of MEP and Building Materials procurement for both local and international sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source MEP, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building materials from local and international suppliers.
• Request, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and procurement documentation.
• Identify new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, shipments, and pending items.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, project teams, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market prices and product availability.
• Ensure purchased materials meet required specifications and project requirements.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and Building Materials.
• Experience in local and international procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and procurement documentation.
• Good knowledge of the Kuwait market and local suppliers.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.
