JOB OPENING: Operations Manager – Restaurant Food Supply Sector

Location: Kuwait – Sharq

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

We are seeking an Operations Manager with proven, practical experience in the food supply sector, specifically in supplying products to restaurants and the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The candidate will oversee daily operations, monitor sales, supply, and distribution, and coordinate between departments and clients to ensure operational efficiency and achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow.

Maintain relationships with restaurant clients and coordinate with them to meet their needs.

Track client orders, supply, and delivery in coordination with distribution and logistics teams.

Coordinate between Sales, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments.

Ensure a continuous and reliable supply of required food products for clients.

Monitor inventory, minimize waste and spoilage, and improve operational efficiency.

Manage team performance, assign duties, and enforce compliance with operational procedures.

Monitor prices, costs, and operating margins to optimize profitability.

Address client concerns, resolve operational issues, and handle feedback and complaints.

Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management detailing operational metrics, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Contribute to process optimization, service enhancement, and overall operational growth.

Requirements:


Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience in food distribution, F&B supply, or restaurant logistics.

Verifiable proof of past experience is required (thorough background checks will be conducted prior to hiring).

Strong experience dealing with B2B commercial clients and restaurant accounts.

Solid expertise in inventory management, supply chain, distribution, and logistics is essential.

Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

Valid Article 18 transferable residency in Kuwait.

Valid Kuwaiti driving license.

Strong leadership, managerial, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in business software and operational ERP/inventory systems.
