Description

-The candidate Will be in charge of 2-4 maintenance teams that are responsible to maintain 50 residential villas. Each team is comprised of approximately 1 Supervisor and 4 laborers.

-Following up on clients’ requests in their gardens

-Notifying and reporting of any customer positive/negative feedback to HOD

-Develop and suggest better mechanisms to service clients maintenance requests

-Making sure that the garden is maintained as per the design provided by HOD

-Managing client relationships and keeping an open mind for their suggestions/amendments

-Reporting any irrigation issues/ plant diseases/damages/over or under watering.

-Must prove to us that they are aware of plant diseases ahead of time and have a keen eye to any plants that will not survive in the area to avoid waste loss



Must have more than 5 years of experience in handling landscaping maintenance clients and teams.



Skills:

Propper Communication with clients, good with MS Word and Excel



Package:

Term: 3 Years Contract

Accommodation (separate room) and transportation provided by company.

Salary will be announce after interview

Leave: 30 Days per year

Round trip home country ticket economy class per year

Car will provide (Candidate must have driving license)



Requirements:

Must have bachelor’s degree in horticulture or agriculture.

Should have Gulf experience.

Should speak Fluently English (Arabic language advantage)
