Target Candidates: Female candidates (Filipina national preferred) currently residing in Kuwait or applying from the Philippines.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, customer- focused Sales Lady to join our team at a premium chocolate shop in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.

Recommend, present, and sell fine chocolates and gift packaging.

Maintain clean, attractive display counters and store arrangements.

Handle cash registers, point- of- sale (POS) transactions, and order taking.

Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Nationality: Filipina preferred.

Location: Candidates within Kuwait (with transferable visa) or applicants directly from the Philippines are welcome.

Language Skills: Fluent in English.

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality (food & beverage / chocolate shop) preferred.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, clean personal presentation, and a positive team attitude.
