Description

Minimal Design Co. is looking for an experienced and highly organized Site Project Manager to oversee and manage our carpentry, furniture, and interior fit-out projects across The Avenues, other malls, and residential projects.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in carpentry and furniture works, strong managerial and leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage a site, workers, and daily operations from start to completion.

The candidate must be well-organized, responsible, proactive, and capable of identifying site challenges and providing practical solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and management are essential.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry, furniture, or interior fit-out works.
Strong site management and leadership skills.
Ability to independently manage a site and supervise workers.
Good understanding of carpentry, furniture installation, and finishing works.
Excellent organization, planning, and time-management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical solutions on site.
Ability to read and understand drawings and coordinate with the design/technical team.
Responsible for maintaining quality, safety, cleanliness, and proper site execution.
Experience working in malls and residential projects is highly preferred.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the site, lead the team confidently, and ensure the project is completed professionally, efficiently, and according to Minimal Design Co. standards.
