We are hiring for Laboratory Technician (Asphalt, Aggregate & Bitumen Testing) local and overseas

Key Responsibilities
• Perform laboratory tests on asphalt mixtures, aggregates and bitumen in accordance with ASTM/
AASHTO standards.
• Prepare, handle and store samples correctly to preserve test integrity and traceability.
• Operate, and maintain laboratory equipment used in asphalt and materials testing.
• Interpret test data and prepare accurate, well-presented technical reports.
• Maintain complete and accurate test documentation and laboratory records.
• Enter and manage data using laboratory management systems.
• Coordinate effectively with team members.
Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience performing laboratory tests on asphalt mixtures, aggregates and bitumen.
• Strong working knowledge of ASTM and AASHTO testing procedures.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting test data and producing technical reports.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and consistent adherence to established procedures.
• Proficient computer skills for data entry and use of laboratory management systems.
• Technical diploma or certificate in civil engineering, materials science or a related field preferred.
• Experience in asphalt plants, road construction projects and quality assurance / quality control
laboratories.
• Familiarity with Qatari construction specifications
