We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant & Sales Engineer to join our growing team and support our ongoing market expansion.

1. Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Ahmadi, Kuwait
Industry: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping
🔹 Accounts Payable & Receivable
🔹 Budgeting & Forecasting
🔹 Audit & Compliance
🔹 Inventory & Project Costing
🔹 Payroll & Staff Payments
🔹 System & Process Improvement
• Contribute to improving ERP usage and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or Zoho).
• Participate in developing SOPs for financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering or project-based industries.
• Experience in handling audits, banking, and project accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (ERP knowledge is a plus).
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
A valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.

2. Job Title : Sales Engineer (HVAC FIELD)

Sales Engineers with a strong background in Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Plate type Heat exchangers , Chillers, Radiators, and related Heat transfer Equipments.
Responsibilities :
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to achieve repeat business.
• Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams for order execution.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, order confirmations, and payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the Kuwait market.
• Experience in HVAC sales is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge with excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
• Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
