A leading logistics and shipping company in Kuwait is looking for a Sales Coordinator. Recruitment is open to candidates currently residing in Kuwait only.


Sales Coordinator – Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and the sales team to handle sales requirements and follow-ups.

• Prepare quotations, job orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents on time.

• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.

• Work closely with the warehouse, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth coordination.

• Maintain updated customer records and keep track of sales activities and order status.

• Follow up on pending quotations and orders and ensure timely action from the concerned teams.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, delivery schedules, and other requirements.

• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.

• Assist the sales team with presentations, proposals, and other business-related documents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping company is preferred.

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support position will be an added advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

· Salary: KWD 300–350 per month, depending on the candidate’s years of relevant experience.
