Responsibilities:

-Receive and check fruits and vegetables upon delivery.
-Clean and wash fruits and vegetables properly.
-Peel, cut, slice, and prepare vegetables and fruits according to kitchen requirements.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vegetable preparation area.
-Follow proper food safety and handling procedures.
-Assist in proper storage and organization of fruits and vegetables.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a catering company, restaurant, or central kitchen is preferred.
-Good knowledge of vegetable and fruit preparation.
-Able to read and understand basic English.
-Hardworking, clean, and physically fit.
