Presales Engineer / Solutions Architect (Overseas Hiring: Kuwait | India | Philippines | Thailand)

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and propose ISP and telecom solutions based on customer requirements and business needs.

Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, HLD/LLD designs, cost estimations, and responses for RFP/RFQ submissions.

Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for internet, MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, IPVPN, cloud, security, and connectivity solutions.

Coordinate with technical, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure accurate solution design and successful implementation.

Support presales, sales, and post-sales activities while maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners.

Present technical solutions and translate complex technologies into clear business value for customers.

Participate in customer meetings, tender submissions, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical discussions.

Stay updated with the latest ISP, telecom, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies and market trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent.

3–5 years of experience in ISP/telecom presales, solution architecture.

Strong knowledge of networking technologies, internet services, routing & switching, SD-WAN, security, cloud, and data center solutions.

Experience in preparing technical proposals, sizing solutions, and handling enterprise tenders.

Hands-on experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) for solution configuration and BOM preparation.
