Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of growing our online business, increasing revenue, and developing new sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategies to grow e-commerce sales and profitability.
* Identify, open, and manage new sales channels, marketplaces, and platforms.
* Explore expansion opportunities across Kuwait, GCC, and other markets.
* Manage and optimize the e-commerce website and customer journey.
* Improve conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchases.
* Manage digital growth activities including paid ads, influencers, email, WhatsApp, and other acquisition channels.
* Launch promotions, bundles, and other sales initiatives.
* Analyze performance and identify new growth opportunities.
* Coordinate with marketing, operations, designers, developers, and external partners.

Key KPIs

Revenue growth • Profitability • New sales channels • Conversion rate • ROAS • CAC • AOV • Repeat customers

Ideal Candidate

A commercial, hands-on and growth-driven person who takes ownership, finds new revenue opportunities, tests them quickly, and scales what works.

Experience in e-commerce, digital growth, marketplaces, and performance marketing is preferred.
