ReliableSuite is looking for an ERP Implementation & Support Executive.

Key Responsibilities

ERP installation and configuration
Onsite customer implementation
User training and go-live support
Data setup/import assistance
Remote and onsite troubleshooting
Basic SQL Server and application support
Coordinate issues with the development team

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP/accounting/business software
Good knowledge of Windows, SQL Server and Excel
Strong customer communication and training skills
Willing to travel to customer sites
ERP implementation/support experience preferred

Experience: 2+ years preferred
Preferred with driving license and personal vehicle.
