Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to join our team and support the financial management of our premium lifestyle restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in restaurant accounting, financial reporting, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, with the ability to provide valuable financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial performance reports.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Conduct revenue analysis and monitor restaurant financial performance.
Perform food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expense analysis.
Monitor cost controls, inventory valuation, wastage, and variance reports.
Support management with financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability.
Prepare cash flow reports and support financial planning.
Ensure accurate recording of daily sales, purchases, expenses, and supplier transactions.
Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and management teams to improve financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within restaurants, hospitality, or Food & Beverage operations.
Strong knowledge of restaurant financial management and cost control.
Proven experience preparing and analyzing P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts.
