Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales/Operations Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with proven experience across both logistics sales and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Coordinate import, export, freight forwarding, and customs clearance operations.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, agents, transporters, and customs clearance partners.
- Manage shipping and clearance documentation.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients from initial inquiry through final delivery.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, shipments, costs, and customer communication.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 5 years of freight forwarding experience, covering sales and operations.
- Strong knowledge of air, sea, and land freight.
- Good understanding of Kuwait customs clearance, import/export procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Existing knowledge of freight rates, carriers, and logistics partners is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of shipments and customer accounts.
- Immediate transferable VISA and ready to join.
**Salary: UP TO 400 KWD + Commission /MONTH**
