Position: Commis – Vegetable Section

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Commis – Vegetable Section to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect vegetables and fruits upon delivery
• Check the quality and freshness of all items
• Clean and wash vegetables and fruits properly
• Peel, trim, cut, and prepare vegetables and fruits according to kitchen requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a catering company, restaurant, hotel, or central kitchen is preferred
• Knowledge of proper vegetable and fruit handling
• Able to read and understand basic English
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
