Required: Master Cutter / Pattern maker Women Blazers

Location: Applicants from inside and outside Kuwait – Philippines, Nepal, or India.

A specialized abaya tailoring and design business is looking for experienced professionals in abaya tailoring, master cutting, and pattern making, including women’s blazers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Tailor and stitch abayas in different designs and styles.
- Work as a Master Cutter specializing in abayas, pleated (plissé) designs, and women’s blazers.
- Prepare accurate patterns and cutting layouts for abayas and women’s blazers according to designs and measurements.
- Take accurate measurements and ensure proper fitting.
- Cut and prepare different fabrics for stitching.
- Handle various abaya designs, patterns, and styles.
- Create and adjust patterns for women’s blazers and other women’s garments.
- Perform alterations and adjustments when required.
- Ensure high-quality cutting, stitching, and finishing.
- Follow customer requirements and designs accurately.
- Complete orders within the required deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Filipino, Nepali, or Indian nationality.
- Previous experience in abaya tailoring.
- Strong experience as a Master Cutter / Pattern Maker.
- Experience in cutting and pattern making for abayas, pleated (plissé) designs, and women’s blazers.
- Excellent measurement, cutting, and pattern-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of women’s blazer cutting and pattern making.
- Proficiency in using sewing machines.
- Ability to work with different fabrics and designs.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Commitment, reliability, and good work discipline.
