1️⃣ ACCOUNTANT – FINANCE & OPERATIONS COORDINATION

We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and highly organized Male Accountant who can independently handle approximately 50–60% of the Finance & Operations responsibilities and coordinate closely with Management, HR, Operations, clients, and suppliers.

🔹 Main Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting
• Payroll, salary sheets, payslips and staff financial records
• Client invoicing and Accounts Receivable (A/R) follow-up
• Client payment collection and overdue payment follow-up
• Supplier payments and Accounts Payable (A/P) management
• Daily/weekly cash-flow monitoring and forecasting
• Petty cash management and reconciliation
• Bank, cash, client and supplier reconciliations
• Monthly financial and management reports
• Accounting software and transaction recording

Operations & Finance Coordination
• Follow up on manpower deployment, attendance and timesheets
• Coordinate with Operations and HR for payroll and billing requirements
• Follow up on work completion documents and client approvals
• Ensure documents required for invoicing are submitted on time
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers regarding pending financial matters
• Report delays, outstanding payments and cash-flow requirements to Management

Finance Correspondence & Drafting
• Prepare professional payment requests and reminders
• Draft client and supplier correspondence
• Prepare statements, notices and financial clarification letters
• Maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers and internal departments

✅ Advanced MS Excel skills
✅ Accounts Receivable & payment collection
✅ Accounts Payable & supplier payment management
✅ Payroll & invoicing
✅ Cash-flow management
✅ Operations coordination & strong follow-up
✅ Manager.io or similar accounting software
✅ Professional English communication and drafting
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

2️⃣ WE ARE HIRING – RECEPTIONIST / FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

📍 Location: Mahaboula our estate
👨‍💼 Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
📌 Experience: Minimum 2 years
🗣️ Languages: Fluent English & Arabic – MUST / MOST IMPORTANT

👤 Male candidates only

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries and communications
• Manage emails and correspondence
• Handle document receiving and distribution
• Use MS Word & MS Excel for administrative work and data entry
• Maintain proper records and an organized reception area
• Provide professional front-desk support to Management and visitors

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: KD 150/month
• Accommodation: Provided by the company – Best/Top-Class Accommodation in mahaboula
• Duty: 10 hours per working day
• Working Days: 26 days per month
• Weekly Off: Friday
• Overtime & Government Holidays: As applicable under Kuwait Labour Law
• Residence Transfer: Immediate transfer candidates preferred
