Job Description -

*) Lead and manage accounts receivable collections across International, Corporate, and SMB customers.

*) Monitor outstanding balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and manage customer disputes.

*) Coordinate with Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure timely customer payments and collections.

*) Validate invoices, monitor contract validity, and provide guidance on payment terms and discounts.

*) Prepare collection reports and analysis while monitoring supplier and carrier account balances.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting or related.

Preparing reports for managers on request.

Updated on knowledge in their field of expertise.

Ability to work independently.

Any report required by external auditor/management.

Experience:

• 3 - 7 years or more of experience in the same position or field.

Job Competencies / Skills:
