* B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
* 1–3 years' experience in substations/electrical construction (strong fresh graduates considered)
* Knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems and cable installation
* Familiarity with MEW Kuwait & IEC standards is an advantage
* AutoCAD & MS Excel; Primavera/MS Project a plus
* Good English; Arabic an advantage
* Transferable Kuwait residency preferred
