Key Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in power/desalination plants, construction, or other high-risk industries.
• Education & Certification: Technical degree OR NEBOSH International General Certificate (or equivalent).
• Mandatory GWO Certifications:
o GWO Basic Safety Training
o GWO Enhanced First Aid
o GWO Control of Hazardous Energies

2 .HR & PAYROLL ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly employee payroll, attendance tracking, overtime, and leave settlements.
• Maintain complete employee records, timekeeper reports, and HR files.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR administration and payroll processing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) & HR software.
• Languages: Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor entry/exit access gates for personnel, material, and vehicles.
• Conduct routine patrols across project sites and facilities.
• Maintain visitor logs, material gate passes, and incident reports.
• Enforce site safety policies and security regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and security alarms.
