JOB VACANCY – PROJECT MANAGER (CATERING)

Nationality- Indian
Location: Kuwait – Rigs / Remote Sites
Position: Project Manager – Catering
Local Hiring – Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and supervise catering operations at rigs and remote sites in Kuwait.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in catering/project management, preferably in rigs or remote sites
• **HACCP Level 3 & HSE Certificate – Mandatory**
• **Valid Kuwait Driving License – Mandatory**
• Strong knowledge of **food safety, hygiene, catering operations & customer service**
• Excellent **team management and communication skills** with clients
• Ability to independently manage catering operations and handle client requirements
• Effectively control **food costs**, maintain quality, and minimize wastage
• Ensure **high customer satisfaction** and maintain operations with zero customer complaints
• Candidates with **Oil & Gas / Rig Catering experience** will be preferred
