Description

We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst with strong QA skills to work directly with clients and our development teams — from gathering requirements to ensuring quality delivery.

Responsibilities

Meet clients, gather requirements, and handle follow-ups through the project lifecycle
Prepare functional specification documents, workflows, and project content
Prepare contracts and proposals; maintain records in CRM
Act as the link between clients and development teams — clarify requirements, resolve issues
Create and execute test plans and test cases; log defects and follow up until resolved
Verify deliverables meet requirements and client expectations before release

Requirements

Proven experience in business analysis and software QA (software/IT industry)
Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken
Strong documentation and client communication skills
Based in Kuwait with transferable residency (Article 18 visa preferred)
