We’re looking for energetic, motivated and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team at Jimmy’s Smashburgers & Fries — The Home of Smash! 🍔🔥

👨‍🍳 YOUR ROLE

As a Crew Member, you’ll support our daily restaurant operations, including:

• Welcoming and serving guests
• Taking orders & handling POS transactions
• Preparing food & beverages
• Assembling menu items to brand standards
• Maintaining kitchen & dining-area cleanliness
• Following food safety & hygiene procedures
• Supporting the team during peak hours
• Delivering fast, friendly & consistent service

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

💵 Salary: KWD 200–275/month
Depending on experience

🎯 Monthly Performance Incentives

⏰ Overtime Pay
According to company policy

🍔 Duty Meal
Meal provided during duty

🚌 Transportation Allowance

Double Salary + Additional Day Off when working on public holidays

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong teamwork & reliability
• Good communication skills in English
• Customer-service oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends & holidays
• Previous QSR/casual dining experience is a plus
• Arabic language is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience is a plus — but the right attitude matters most. 💯
