Key Responsibilities
• Supervision: Directs daily activities of electricians, apprentices, and crews.
• Planning: Assigns daily tasks, schedules workflow, and tracks project progress.
• Blueprint Reading: Interprets electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Safety Control: Enforces health, safety, and environmental (HSE) codes and electrical regulations.
• Quality Control: Inspects completed work and troubleshoots technical problems on site.
• Resource Management: Orders tools, tracks inventory, and manages material supplies.
Required Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, often paired with trade school or a recognized electrical certification.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on electrical work in Kuwait, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of local electrical codes, wiring methods, and circuit testing.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
