Location: Kuwait
Vacancy: 1
Visa: Regular Ahli Transfer
Joining: Urgent
Work Schedule: 6 Days | 9 Hours Including 1-Hour Break
Salary: As per Market Rate
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 Years of Café / Restaurant Supervision or Assistant Management Experience
Diploma in Hospitality or Equivalent – Certificate Required
Premium F&B experience preferred
Kuwait/GCC F&B experience preferred
Strong English communication skills
Arabic is an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily opening, closing, shift scheduling and service flow.
Lead, coach and motivate the front-of-house team.
Manage Baristas, Servers and Cashiers.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor stock, receive orders and minimize wastage.
Support cash handling, POS reconciliation and daily sales reporting.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards.
train new employees and ensure SOP compliance. Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
Step in for the Restaurant Manager when required.
Support in-branch promotions and events.
