# Storekeeper – Immediate joiner only

**Location:** Shuaiba, Kuwait
**Visa Requirement:** Ahli Visa / Transferable Visa

We are looking for an experienced **Storekeeper** to join our team in **Shuaiba, Kuwait**. The successful candidate will be responsible for the receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, ordering, and issuance of **automotive and equipment spare parts, materials, tools, and other store items** in accordance with company procedures and HSE standards.

The candidate should have strong experience in **warehouse/store operations and inventory management**, preferably within an automotive, equipment, or spare parts environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Receive, inspect, count, and record stock items using **ERP/SAP or internal systems**.
* Verify supplier deliveries against **Purchase Orders and Packing Lists** and report discrepancies.
* Issue materials against properly approved requests and maintain accurate transaction records.
* Ensure outgoing materials are properly packed, labelled, and supported by complete documentation.
* Conduct **inventory cycle counts and periodic physical stock counts**.
* Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to avoid shortages or overstocking.
* Maintain proper categorization, item coding, and storage locations for all materials.
* Update ERP/system records with receipt details, item codes, quantities, and storage locations.
* Handle returns of cancelled or damaged items in coordination with QC and suppliers.
* Prepare indents, receiving reports, purchase requests, and other required store documentation.
* Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure required materials are received on time.
* Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of internal and external store areas.
* Inspect stock for damage, wear, or defects and report issues to the supervisor.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
* Maintain workplace safety and prevent theft, damage, or mishandling of materials.
* Supervise, train, and coordinate the work of store staff when required.
* Stop work when unsafe conditions are identified and report them to the concerned supervisor.

### Requirements

* High School qualification; **Diploma in Warehousing/Supply Chain** is an advantage.
* Minimum **3 years of experience** in warehouse/store operations, preferably in a **spare parts store or a Chemical/Drilling company**.
* Strong knowledge of **inventory management, storage, and material distribution**.
* Experience with **SAP/ERP systems** and good knowledge of MS Excel.
* Fluent communication in English and spoken Arabic is an advantage
