Job Description:

The Sales Representative – PVT sector is responsible for selling the company’s assigned product portfolio, building trusted relationships with pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other approved Private healthcare customers, and achieving territory sales and market-growth objectives in compliance with company policies and applicable industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell assigned product portfolio to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other approved healthcare customers.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key accounts through regular, well-planned visits.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand account coverage, and support product availability within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, market trends, and product performance, and provide timely field feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records & sales forecasts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, territory management, and customer relationship development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid Kuwait driving license and car.
• Valid transferable Kuwait residency.
