Position: Assistant Supervisor – Delivery Operations
Location: Kuwait
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to support our delivery operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist the Operations Supervisor in managing daily delivery operations.
•Monitor drivers and ensure timely order deliveries.
•Follow up on attendance, duty schedules, and driver performance.
•Coordinate with drivers, customers, restaurants, and operations teams.
•Monitor delivery orders and resolve operational issues.
•Ensure drivers follow company policies and procedures.
•Prepare daily operational reports and update management.
•Support route planning and fleet coordination.
•Handle driver complaints and operational problems.
•Ensure proper use of company systems/apps such as Odoo or delivery platforms.
Requirements:
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, fleet, or operations.
•Previous experience supervising drivers is preferred.
•Good communication and problem-solving skills.
•Basic computer skills; knowledge of Odoo/delivery platforms is an advantage.
•Good English communication skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
•Valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
