?? Location: Kuwait | ?? Type: Full-Time

THE MISSION: We are launching a brand-new AC Installation & Maintenance Division in Kuwait. We need an entrepreneurial "builder" and "hunter" to lead this launch, generate business, and oversee technical execution.

?? ROLE:

?? Business Development (Primary): Leverage your Kuwait network to win contracts, secure AMCs, and build the division''s pipeline.

??? Technical Leadership: Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Central AC, VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.

? MUST-HAVES:

• The Network: Strong connections with Kuwait consultants, MEP/Main contractors, and facility managers.

• The Experience: 5+ years in Kuwait (a proven mix of technical execution & sales).

• The Degree: BSc in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC accepted if KSE recognized).

• The Tech Skills: Hands-on VRF/VRV programming, fault diagnosis, and reading HVAC drawings/BOQs.

• The Drive: Proven track record in marketing, negotiating, and closing deals. (Bonus: AutoCAD skills & valid Kuwait Driving License)
