We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our restaurant team in Kuwait.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of daily restaurant operations
• Ability to manage staff, schedules & workflow
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene & quality standards
• Able to monitor costs, inventory and overall performance
• Hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Transferable Kuwait residency is preferred
