# MASTER AUTO DENTOR

**Salary:** KWD 350–500 per month
**Location:** Kuwait
**Experience:** GCC Experience Required

### JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled **Master Auto Dentor** to join our Body Shop team. The candidate must have strong expertise in vehicle dent repair, body straightening, and accident damage restoration, with proven experience working in the **GCC automotive industry**.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Repair dents and body damage on different types of vehicles.
* Perform major and minor accident repairs and body restoration.
* Assess the extent of vehicle body damage and determine the appropriate repair method.
* Perform panel beating, body straightening, and reshaping.
* Repair damaged doors, fenders, hoods, quarter panels, and other body components.
* Remove dents while maintaining the original shape and structure of the vehicle.
* Perform frame and structural alignment when required.
* Remove and refit damaged body parts correctly.
* Work closely with auto painters and other body shop technicians.
* Ensure repaired surfaces are properly prepared before painting.
* Inspect completed repairs to ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality.
* Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
* Minimize material waste and ensure efficient use of tools and equipment.
* Report major damage, additional repairs, or required replacement parts to the supervisor.
* Complete repair work according to company quality standards and agreed timelines.

### REQUIREMENTS

* **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Auto Dentor.**
* **GCC experience is mandatory.**
* Strong experience in accident repair and vehicle body restoration.
* Excellent knowledge of panel beating and dent repair techniques.
* Ability to repair both minor and major body damage.
* Experience with different vehicle makes and models.
* Ability to work independently and handle complex body repairs.
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Relevant technical training or certification is an advantage.

### PREFERRED

* Experience with **premium and luxury vehicles**.
* Experience working in a professional body shop or automotive dealership.
* Knowledge of modern vehicle body structures and repair techniques.
* Experience with aluminum and advanced vehicle body materials is an advantage.

### SALARY

**KWD 350–500 per month**, depending on experience, technical skills, and interview assessment.

**Only candidates with proven GCC automotive experience will be considered.**
